This is an amazing article that I can really resonate with. Until recently, I thought the only way I could develop personally within aspects of my life was to constantly plan, as well as read and learn subjects for areas for areas I didn't feel quite prepared in. It wasn't until the pandemic hit that actually I took the leap and faith and decided to take more action than planning that I have actually felt like I'm developing. Whether thats doing public speaking gigs I didn't feel prepared for or involving myself in voluntary work to pursue a career in UX Research, I felt more of a sense of accomplishment and achievement from not planning, but taking action and not fearing the consequences by doing so. Thanks for publishing this :)
